  • A liquor license is required to service liquor in a business establishment or to serve alcohol at a city event. You can complete the online Liquor License Application or contact the City Clerk to begin the process.

If you are wanting a "boat-to only" lot they are first come first serve. The "boat to only" list of available lots will be posted on May 4th in the Marina Store.

  • After the issuing of a building permit, the code official shall conduct inspections periodically during and upon completion of the building structure. Before issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy, a final inspection shall be made. After satisfactory completion of the works for which the permit was issued, a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued. Inspections will be made but not limited to the following:
